Very Customer-Oriented

I needed a toilet replaced and called West Coast Plumbing. They were very professional and nice over the phone and I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. John Kesti came out to give me an estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. I was given an estimate which was upfront and there was no pressure at all to make a decision right then. If I decided to go with them John said he could get the toilet and install it that same day. I was very pleased as I thought I would need to make another appointment for the installation. When he removed my old toilet and installed the new one, he kept me informed as to everything he was doing, I am very pleased with the toilet and it looks very nice and John kept checking to make sure I was happy with it. I am very pleased with my experience, my new toilet and John was awesome and very customer-oriented. I was very impressed with the service and I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

Great Service

Our 15-year-old hot water tank started leaking badly. We called every plumbing company recommended by friends and family but we either didn't get a call back at all or could not get an appointment for several weeks. We found West Coast Plumbing on the internet, and they not only got us an appointment within 2 days, but they also ended up offering to come out a day early. John gave us a very reasonable estimate, explained what was needed to meet the current code, and gave us information so that we could make informed decisions about our alternatives. He had the new tank (up to code) installed before dinner time. I will definitely call West Coast first the next time I need a plumber.

Fast And Efficient

John showed up at our house on time and diagnosed the options to getting faster hot water to the kitchen. He suggested an under-counter water heater in line with the tankless water heater located a long-distance away. He came the next day and installed the tank. The installation was very professional and he checked the drain line under the house and sealed all the pipes. We look forward to having nearly instant hot water.

For the past 3 years, we have been renovating our dream home on Anderson Island. We have experienced well pump failure, discolored water needing filtration, nonfunctional bathroom fixtures, and an odd pipe layout to boot. West Coast Plumbing, Pumps, and Filtration had their expert technicians out to our place right away. They clearly explained the options and pricing upfront (in writing), then did the job right. We have been 100% satisfied with all of the work performed and cannot speak highly enough about the friendliness and competence displayed. We have worked now with two different plumbers, Ean and LJ, and I recommend them both without reservations. They treated our home as if it were their own and worked cleanly and safely at all times. These are the people you want working in your home.

Very Helpful & Nice

I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate. West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out. I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to somehow borrow the money to get the water main fixed. The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00 Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dugout , but told us he can't say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was to have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up an estimate that covered the minimal to the worst-case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions. I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly. He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry. John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day. I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate. I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00. I just can't say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing. Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice. We also got a Military discount. Thank you for making this experience less stressful.

Very Happy

They came out to move a vent pipe, that was discovered, and in the way of adding a new window. LJ pointed out an issue he noticed with the drain on our kitchen sink, while he was here for the vent. Gave us a couple of options on how to fix it, and was able to take care of the drain issue while he was here, without making another trip out. Very happy with everything!

Above & Beyond Service

I would never go with another company after having this company come to our house. The first time they came they went above and beyond trying to get water back to us after being without water for 5 days, they even stayed after dark in the rain and muck on day two to make sure we had running water inside. This was after having to pull the wellhead and replace the entire pressure tank. After going home they came back and cleaned up all the leftover mess so that we didn't have to find a way to remove it. But they went above and beyond again today. We were without power for a little over 24 hours, and when it finally came back on we were again without water. This was only about a month later, so you can imagine all our frustrations. I got on the phone with them first thing this morning. They not only got back to me as soon as they got into the office, but they also had Ean out at my house as soon as he was available, and he fixed the issue, which was a fuse panel on a power pole. So it wasn't even with the pump house, but he fixed it so we didn't go without water again. This company is all about making sure us out here in the middle of the sticks are taken care of, and it is nice to know people are still looking out for the little guy, Thanks to everyone there at West Coast for what you do.

Prompt Service

Being new homeowners, my wife and I were pretty concerned when our well water started to stain towels and sheets. We made quite a few phone calls, only to find that everyone was booked out for weeks - until we received a call back from Michelle at West Coast Plumbing, letting us know that due to a cancellation they could come out to our house in literally the next thirty minutes! They were prompt and informative, tested the water on-site, and examined the filtration system, giving us a couple of options for solutions. They were able to come back the very next day to install the new tank and parts we needed, which has been a huge relief! Definitely recommend.

West Coast Plumbing just finished re-piping my entire manufactured house which had been an on-going issue with leaks for the last 12-13 years. The entire process was seamless due to the quality work of Ean Joyner and Bill Howell, and with the office support of Esther. What a great team to have on your side when you are in need. When Ean Joyner came out to the house to give me an estimate, he not only gave me a fair quote, but quotes from other plumbing outfits, and I had a few, were double that of West Coast Plumbing. What really sealed the deal for me was that Ean was the only one of the bunch that did not bad-mouth other plumbing businesses, and I appreciated that for the class act it was. ANY plumbing issues I have in the future, and I expect very few now, I will call West Coast Plumbing every time. You can't go wrong with people who are fair, friendly and professional. Thank you all VERY much!

Bill, the service repairman that came out to do my repairs is an outstanding person. From the first time he stepped of his truck I knew that I was going to like him. He has an outstanding attitude,friendly and vibrant personality from the time he stepped out of his truck until he was back in the truck rolling down the driveway. He was the most comfortable friendly repairman that i have ever had and I enjoyed talking to him, It was a relief to have a person come out and do their job with out worrying about being pressured to buy something I didn't need or couldn't afford. When I told him I couldn't afford the bladder tank that he suggested at this time his reply was I understand. It was a relief not to have to argue why I didn't want it at this time. When I can afford it I will most certainly buy it from you and I want bill to come out and install it. We were without water for 4 days thanks to Beacon plumbing who had the worst technician and the company has the worst customer service and attitude. Thanks for sending Bill out to do my repairs on my well. I am so very thankful that he was positive that he would give me water and he was not going to five up until he succeeded unlike Beacon Plumbing that left me high and dry and when asked them if they are leaving without giving me water his reply was yes and we don't give a damn if you have water. They took my money and gave me nothing in return except a poor attitude. I have already had the opportunity to tell a couple of people about my experience with Beacon Plumbing and that I highly recommend West Coast Plumbing. They also had a terrible experience with Beacon Plumbing and when they need your services they are going to give you a call. It was great to know that their is an honest comp;any with great attitude. My only wish is that I found you before calling Beacon Plumbing and losing so much money that I couldn't really afford. I am new at this business of dealing with aggressive companies and I was just about to give up of ever finding one I could completely trust without wondering if they are taking advantage of me. It was a relief to get the job done and also enjoy talking to a wonderful understanding person while he was doing a great job.

After our pipes clogged we called RotoRooter. The tech came out all spic and span in his nicely pressed uniform and I realized he didn't want to get dirty. The charges he quoted were unbelievably high and he wouldn't give us an estimate. Luckily I happened on to West Coast's website and decided to call them. LJ answered the phone and agreed to come out that day. He came ready to work and work he did! He had to install a clean-out as there had never been one. He then inspected the pipe and used a camera to find the trouble. He determined it was roots causing the problem so used the "water hog" to clean them out. Success! He was very easy to talk with as was receptionist Michelle. Good job at a fair price. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Our well pump stopped working late last night. We called West Coast Plumbing this morning and they came out within a couple hours!!! They were professional, very nice, obviously know their business, and communicated with my husband often until he got home from work. They put in a new pump and fixed us up completely- and for a more than reasonable price. They let us know our options and prices before they actually did anything. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will always call them before anyone else.

Called this company to replace our kitchen faucet because we wanted to ensure that the leaks under our sink were not from pipes in the wall rather only a leaky old faucet pipe. The lady that I spoke with in the dispatch took down my information and called me back after speaking with the owner to give me a quote for the job. I was satisfied and agreed for them to come out and fix our problem. It took an hour and the prices were reasonable. Bill was great, he was courteous and professional! Will use again. Especially was grateful for the military discount.
