Receptionist a 10! Service technician extremely skilled and knowledgeable! There was no beating around the bush. It was a big job! They came in and conquered it! Everything was clean when they left. I could not recommend this company anymore. Alex, my technician, was excellent! They were always on time and extremely courteous! I highly recommend this company!

Needed a new piece of copper pipe because I couldn’t use my new tub spout because the person who put on the old one punctured the pipe with the set screw. Alex came out, looked it over, and provided an estimate. He called me back about 2 hours later and said, 'I thought of a way to fix it for half of the estimate.' I said, 'Let’s do it.' Today he came back out and got to work, quickly got the drywall cut and old pipe cut off. He made the new piece, and I helped him to ensure it was level. He then got to work on installing the tub spout. Well, the original one I bought wasn’t working, so I went to Lowe's while he got everything else cleaned up. Once I got back, he was finished within 20 mins. I would highly recommend Alex and West Coast Plumbing. Sure, you could find a cheaper plumbing option, but remember, you get what you pay for.
