Highly recommend Alex and West Coast
Needed a new piece of copper pipe because I couldn’t use my new tub spout because the person who put on the old one punctured the pipe with the set screw. Alex came out, looked it over, and provided an estimate. He called me back about 2 hours later and said, 'I thought of a way to fix it for half of the estimate.' I said, 'Let’s do it.' Today he came back out and got to work, quickly got the drywall cut and old pipe cut off. He made the new piece, and I helped him to ensure it was level. He then got to work on installing the tub spout. Well, the original one I bought wasn’t working, so I went to Lowe's while he got everything else cleaned up. Once I got back, he was finished within 20 mins. I would highly recommend Alex and West Coast Plumbing. Sure, you could find a cheaper plumbing option, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Highly recommend! Have a few things needing to be replaced and upgraded on our well. Bill came out fast, gave us a quote plus explained things clearly. He replaced our well seal/cap with one that's easier for me to use to chlorinate the system. Office staff is super nice and helpful when we call. Amazing Job by Will and Bill
Will and Bill did an amazing job on our mother-in-law house on our property. There was a septic gas smell inside the house that was sometimes subtle, sometimes very pungent, but always constant. This is toxic gas which will create health problems and is undesirable to live in. We initially tried to have a different plumber, but they backed out, saying there were too many unknowns. So then we found West Coast Plumbing Pumps & Filtration who was not intimidated and did not shy away from the challenge of where the smell was coming from. They found a few locations where pipes of a smaller size were shoved into a larger diameter pipe, jerry-rigged with tape. They replaced studor vents and also found more issues with the main septic line, again wrapped in tape. This shoddy work was done during a remodel that the previous homeowner hired. My parents, who live there, are very pleased and relieved. My dad said that Will was very bright while Bill was experienced and that their strengths complemented one another. If you've got septic odor, or a mobile home which relies on studor vents, or the remodel of your home was done by Bert & Ernie... these are your guys!

I called these guys to see if they could help me fix a few leaks in my pump house. While they were there, we found additional issues that I needed to replace multiple pieces of equipment after this past winter freeze. They were able to come back later the same day with all of the equipment and get me back up and running the same day. They even serviced the equipment that they work with normally that I have at no additional charge. The owner even came out with another part found to be needed while the guy was doing the repair. They showed me what was wrong with the equipment and the issues and needed future maintenance. These guys were on point, very good with their communication, explained everything on each step, and showed me the damage that I was unaware of. I would definitely use these guys again.
